These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Weavers Group (a trading name of Weavers Cleaners Ltd, Company No. 16853724, registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) ("Weavers", "we", "us", "our"). By booking, paying for, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About our services

1. Weavers provides cleaning, waste removal and related property services for homes and businesses across the United Kingdom.
2. The exact scope, price and schedule of each booking are confirmed with you before we begin work.
3. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Quotes and booking

1. Your online quote is based on the information you provide. If the job materially differs from what was described (for example a significant increase in size, waste volume or number of rooms), we may need to re-quote before starting.
2. A booking is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and, where required, completed payment.
3. We will always confirm the final price with you before any additional works begin. There are no hidden fees.

3. Payment

1. Payment is taken by the method agreed at the time of booking.
2. Deposits are non-refundable once a slot has been allocated, unless we cancel the booking.
3. Where a dispute arises, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

1. You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value to cover allocated time and travel.
3. If we need to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled slot at no extra cost or a full refund.

5. Access and site conditions

1. You are responsible for providing safe access to the site and informing us of any hazards.
2. For waste and clearance jobs, we are unable to move items that contain hazardous materials (for example asbestos, fuel, chemicals) unless separately agreed.

6. Liability

1. Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page and will apply to all bookings made after the date of publication.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
